Products & Skincare Purchases
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any skincare or retail products purchased online or in-clinic.
Treatment Packages & Prepaid Services
All packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the validity period as specified at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
Appointments & Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling or cancellation policies apply as per our Booking Terms & Conditions, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
